EXISTING patients will not be charged until after your appointment. A valid credit card on file is required. NEW patient appointments are held with a $100 deposit and the remainder will be charged after your appointment. FSA & HSA cards are accepted. We are out of network with all insurance companies but are happy to give you a superbill if you would like to file with your own insurance.
In order to best serve all of our patients and provide a fair opportunity for everyone to book an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION: Patients who fail to show up to their appointment are considered a “No Show” and patients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment time are considered “late cancellations.” In either event, the patient will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
As a courtesy, our system sends appointment reminders 24 hours before your appointment via email and 2 hours before your appointment via text message, unless you have opted out of these services. We recommend ensuring that you have opted into these courtesy reminders.
