EXISTING patients will not be charged until after your appointment. A valid credit card on file is required.
NEW patient appointments are held with a $100 deposit and the remainder will be charged after your appointment.
FSA & HSA cards are accepted.
We are out of network with all insurance companies but are happy to give you a superbill if you would like to file with your own insurance.
In order to best serve all of our patients and provide a fair opportunity for everyone to book an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION: Patients who fail to show up to their appointment are considered a “No Show” and patients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment time are considered “late cancellations.” In either event, the patient will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
As a courtesy, our system sends appointment reminders 24 hours before your appointment via email and 2 hours before your appointment via text message, unless you have opted out of these services. We recommend ensuring that you have opted into these courtesy reminders.

Born and raised in the picturesque town of Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, Dr. Russell brings a profound connection to the local community and a passion for holistic well-being.
Graduating from Baldwin High School in Wailuku, Hawaii, in 2002 marked the beginning of Dr. Russell’s journey. Seeking higher education, she ventured beyond the island, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, in 2007. Following her commitment to comprehensive health, she expanded her expertise by graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2008, specializing in fascial distortion and dysfunction over the past 13 years.
Dr. Russell’s dedication to promoting wellness reached new heights as she obtained her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, in August 2023. With a blend of chiropractic proficiency and extensive massage therapy experience, she is poised to lead Mālama Integrative Wellness and Chiropractic towards providing unparalleled care.
Guided by traditional Hawaiian values instilled during her upbringing, Dr. Russell is thrilled to fulfill her long-standing intention of returning home to serve her community and its people.
